Minimum purchase required for international orders is $300USD in product cost. Payments made through wire-transfer do not ship until payment is received.
Customer Satisfaction Policy:
It is our mission to provide our partners with consistent, high quality products. Product may qualify to be replaced in full if customer is dissatisfied due to manufacturer’s defect. Please submit your inquiry email@example.com with full contact information, purchase order number, and reason for dissatisfaction. Please expect a response within 7-10 business days. Product eligible for full refund or replacement within 60 days of purchase.
Late Payment Policy:
Late payments passed the net payment terms date will incur a 2% charge per invoice. Discount schedule rendered void if late payment occurs. Further orders will be withheld from shipping if no payment is received after 90 days of payment date.
